We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). When you register for HyPDF or during the usage of the Service we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. HyPDF uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
When you input data to create a document with HyPDF, we retain a copy of the document created from the data you input until the the time you receive the document. After this, HyPDF does not retain a copy of data you input to create HyPDF documents nor does HyPDF retain a copy of the document created.
HyPDF uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run HyPDF. Although HyPDF owns the code, databases, and all rights to the HyPDF application, you retain all rights to your data.
HyPDF may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Your hereby grant to HyPDF permission to identify you as a HyPDF customer, to use your identity in connection with proposals to prospective customers, to hyperlink to your website's home page, to display your logo on the HyPDF web site, and to otherwise refer to you in print or electronic form for marketing or reference purposes.
HyPDF may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your HyPDF account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
